Kodiak's road system is a "Do It Yourself" anglers paradise. 4 salmon bearing rivers are within a 5 minute drive (The Buskin, Sargent, Russian and Salonie) with numerous other rivers on Kodiak's road system available such as the American, Pasagshak and Monashka within 20-30 minutes. The Pasagshak regularly produces silvers weighing in the high teens to twenty pounds.Silver salmon, King Salmon, Red Salmon, Pink Salmon, Dolly Varden, Rainbow Trout and Steelhead are all available. Offshore fishing for halibut, rock fish and salmon is available through local charters. Fly outs are also available to rivers across the archipelago such as the Karluk and Ayakulik rivers, two of the most productive steelhead rivers in Alaska. There are two rooms, One with 2 twin XLs, another with a queen and a twin can be put in if a non-couple is accommodated. Living area, dining area, kitchen area. On site amenities include freezers, vacuum sealers, Wifi, Private kitchen. $250 a day for up to 4 people.
